Hi, i am a filipina legally married in the Philippines to a filipino. We were blessed with two children, my husband lives in canada now, i recently discovered that she has a new wife there, upon confronting him he told me that the other girl is his common law wife, what legal actions can i take agains them, can they both be deported back here in the Philippines? please help me with this situation as i am not familiar with the Canadian laws. thank you very much in advance.
