Common Law Express entry.

I and my gf both are in canada and on work permit , we want to apply for express entry PR application , i am doing feild job and has good IELTS score and we have been living together from past 1 year and have common bank account as well, what else do i have to fill up for common law application ? please advise

I have another questions though,
1- So i got my PGWP on 06/06/2018 and we are living at same address since 1st September 2018 , but i applied for TRV in December 2018 and in that application i did not mention common law as i thought its not 1 year of living at same address. So is it gonna be a problem while applying for Express entry under Common law , can that be a misrepresentation of information in any way.?

2- Second, can there be any problem if i apply as soon as we complete 1 year of living together say on 2nd September 2019 , since i don't want to waste any time or should i wait couple of weeks more.?

3- Also about funds , since we both are on PGWP and living in Canada, do we still need to show funds.?
