Hello,
I wonder how it is if my Sponsor ( I am in Common Law Relationship - got PR) is buying a house on his name?
Do I still own the house too or only if he dies?

I also wonder if I can not pay of any of his depts. and the house what will happen????

Can we make a contract that I don't get his depts.???

These aren't immigration questions. They are will and estate questions. I would recommend you speak with a will & estates lawyer or find a forum that focuses on this subject.
