hello, I am living with my thai partner and we are almost done with our application before we send it.
we have translated her birth certificate the right way(certified copy etc...)
some of our supporting documents like old bank statements(none for 2018) or old joint acc of credit card have some small part of the address in thai(rest of document is in english)...we used a translator accredited by a respected European embassy to translate those(canada has no translation service in thailand),the translator has stamped her credential etc.. on the translation page, thats as much as we got.
every other supporting docs are in english.
do you think canada will accept those translations?
there is no way in thailand to get the real certified translation thing for things other than official thai gov documents.
thank you sir for your answer, youre right, I apologize, the whole process has been really stressful and has taken a toll on me.I just wish they would have made it clear in the complete guide.

what about the Statutory Declaration of Common-Law Union IMM 5409
since we are applying from thailand, it is my understanding that our application will be process by
Singapore, should we file it before applying even though it isnt mandatory ? is Singapore famous for requesting this document?
and if we need to file it, what is the process at the embassy ?do we need to bring proofs of our common in law relationship to the person before she will stamp the declaration?
