I paid the RPRF and in the receipt it says "Send one copy to CIC and keep one with you".
So do we need to really send it to CIC or we should be sending it to Visa office (New Delhi in my case) by courier along with other documents requested.

could you please help me in suggesting how did you send the documents to CHC? Via courier service or via post?
Since there is a PO Box address mentioned, courier companies are not accepting it.
please let me know.
also did you send the fee receipt to CIC? And if u emailed them, was that via case specific?
