Coming to Canada on TRV (Visitor Visa) and want to get a Job with LMIA and then get PRV after one year through CEC

I am coming to Canada in March 2024 and hope to find a job with an LMIA .

If I do get the work Permit with LMIA , after working for one year am I eligible to apply for a PRV through the CEC ?

If it is a skilled job (TEER 0-3). Are you eligible for Express Entry now? if so, what is your score? One year of experience may not get you an invitation. To get a work permit, you have to prove that you are the only with the experience/education. So you need to get a job where you have references/job letters.
