COME TO CANADA CHECKLIST WIZARD

Come to Canada Wizard, and receive a Personal Checklist Code, I DID this wizard yet it does not give me a checklist code. I want to apply online to a Temporary Resident Permit , but I need this code first. any suggestions? Please help my cruise ship is leaving Vancouver June 17, for Alaska. I am a US citizen. I am told I need the TRP , I HAD TWO OWI 7 YEARS AGO, IN THE USA

I also same boat but different situation. I have personal checklist code. While sign in electronically it says does not matching name, place of birth, date of birth with documents.

I am trying to contact with customer service no one is responding. I in hurry to get canada visiting visa.

I dont know where shoild I go and whom should I contact.

Can anyone please sugget us.
