DECISION MADE SINCE JULY 11TH
HOW LONG WILL TAKE NEXT THURDAY WILL BE 3 WEEKS I ALREADY SENT 2 EMAILS AND NOTHING !!!
I ORDERED CAIPS NOTES BUT TAKES 30 DAYS THIS WAIT IS KILLING ME (18 MONTHS PROCESS ALREADY)

I'm at Ottawa as well. I paid our RPRF almost 12 weeks ago and still no CoPR in sight. Frustrated.

Well my RPRF was paid on may 10th long time ago they requested fbi clearance and after received it they changed ecas status to Decision made three weeks ago !!!

I got Decision Made in March, and they requested the RPRF (and biodata and passport scans) mid-May. Me and my partner have no idea what to do but wait..... but we've been waiting so long that we've actually decided to move to another country altogether.

OOOOHH... dat sucks though..
for me They sent me PPR next they received my Medicals & by that time my ECAS was not even updated to Medicals Received..

I've made contact with them a few times and they've basically said "We can't tell you when it will happen, but it should be soon". So we're still waiting. I phoned Service Canada today and the London UK CIC office to ask for help but they can't actually do anything.

It's a real shame. Right now me and my partner are literally looking at flights to Australia, it's pretty heartbreaking to be this close and then call it quits.

juan74, CPP-Ottawa is my visa office as well. I am right now in Mexico just waiting for Police Clearance from PGR; I did medicals, sent Biodata and RPRF was paid already. I don't know how long will take after they receive Police Clearance?
I was told in CIC immigration section in Mexico city that they can process your passports when needed for final processing.
