hi there does someone know if its possible to show more than one result of IELTS exam to show English proficiency for Canadian Immigration..... what i mean is that you lack points in some modules ( ex: writing 6 and listening is 8) in one exam and that you garnered the minimum points in another exam ( ex: this time you got writing 6.5 but your listening is lower 6.5)... can you combine the results of each exam to show that you met the criterias in 2 exams or that you need to accomplish the criterias in only one exam sitting? Is combining possible?

Im applying for immigration under federal skilled worker but cannot find similar or related for such situation......pls help thanks

not possible.. points at one sitting will be approved.

If you send them more than one IELTS, they will use the newest one. They will not mix and match to give you the highest score.

Note: Points for the applicant’s language proficiency are generally awarded according to evidence provided at the time the application is made. However, if further study, training, or testing is completed and documentation submitted between the time of application and the time of assessment, officers will use the most current results to determine point allocations. In terms of designated language test results, officers will NOT select the highest score for each language ability from a variety of test score submissions. It is always the most recent group of tests that will be considered by officer as it is the most current assessment of the applicant’s four language abilities.
