Colleges which provide Co-op program

I came a cross college which is not authorized for pswg, but allows co-op program in duration of 2 years, probably is divided in year of study and year of work, now can that co-op be filed as a work experience in EE profile?

No co-op during studies does not count as Canadian work experience under CEC. It can count under FSW.
