College no more providing letter of completion of graduation for PGWP

I am international student and my study just finished last month and college has issued me diploma & final transcripts but not letter of completion of graduation. I asked college to provide me that letter but they told they no longer providing that letter and I can use any one of documents either final transcripts or diploma for PGWP, but I’ve seen a lot of forum saying PGWP refusal because not of providing letter of completion.

Please help what to do, should i apply only with final transcripts and diploma?

Letter of completion is not a required document. You can apply with diploma and transcript without any risk. If your final transcript has all semesters listed there it's better otherwise scan all transcripts and combine into one PDF format and upload.
