College fee refund

I applied admission in Montreal college for January intake and i paid my fees for 1 year that is 780000 and after 20 days I didn't receive my fee receipt then i call to college about fee receipt and they said that your program has been closed by Quebec and then i send my account details to college but still now i didn't get my fees

Nobody here can help you so need to be persistent with the college and check their refund policy.
