I have done two years diploma from Toronto but have not paid college fee in full due to some issues with finance department. I have received my Degree and Transcript. My question is that can I apply for Post Grad Work Permit without informing the college. Will my college inform CIC about missing fee? Will CIC contact my college for diploma confirmation.
