i dontknow much about bank loan bro, better explain them your condtion with some docs.
i think u can pay from ur savings the full 1 year fee. and which category ur applying?
there is a problembrother, i am in a 1year course and new checklist says to get loan sanctioned for first year.
we cant loan sanctioned for whole of the expenses written ton offer letter bank maintains a margin.
for eg. my fee is $17000 and $10000 as living = total $27000
but no bank in india will give a loan of full $27000 as they want us to spend something also.
they need a margin of 20%. what shall i do..
I am applying under general category.

If you are applying through general category then why are you checking spp rules.
If its written on your offer letter then you will get loan of that amount.you don't want to spend a single peny from your pocket and completely depend on the bank, how will you survive there that way?? because its true no bank will give you loan for everything you do after going there.

Sir, you mistook me OR i am not able to express my problem, I am not going to use anything from loan, but the thing is that according to general checklist we have to get loan equal to frist year fees and $10000, which is exact amount wriiten on offer letter, now bank will not give me loan of exact amount written on offer letter. How will i get a loan equal to first year fee and $10000 for living.
