One of my friend is joining columbia college vancouver, now he wants to change the college and course, So please suggest is possible to change college and course. what is the procedure of fee refund. Is there any problem in future if we make changes in our candidature.

1-yes you can easily change your college/course just go to new college with your document and admission fee.
2-If you had paid your 1st semester fee then no rule to refund your tution fee in the case of changing college tution fee refund in the case of rejection.
3- NO problem in future.

since you said your friend wants to change course too.
If he goes for lower course than previous one then he will have to notify to CIC.
I.E. from from master to diploma, from P.G. to diploma

for refund you have to ask your college.
