In 2014 my friend went to Singapore on study permit and got caught doing work in Singapore and then immigration authority asked him to leave the country after 2-3 weeks. He left the country and never went back to Singapore, now he wants to apply for Family Sponsorship case as his spouse in Canada. Can anybody tell that Can he get the CoC approval from Singapore ? or Will there be any complications in his case ?

Don't know what COC approval is.

If applying for spousal sponsorship (or anything else really) he must disclose to IRCC that he'd been asked to leave Singapore.
