I want to apply for co-op work permit as a part of my study . My co-op program is going to start in my 4 semester.

Hi all. I applied for a study permit extension and a Co-op work permit in February 2024. I received a study permit extension, However, I haven't received a Co-op work permit. In October I got a Co-op job offer for January 2025 and sent a web form to IRCC. Again silence. Then I applied again for a study permit extension and a Co-op work permit at the end of November. I am so worried that I won't get a reply from them. What options do I have?
