Co-op work permit

I am a student in toronto and when i arrived into canada i did not received the co-op work permit as all students getting from canadian immigration office. I did not realize that i need a co-op work-permit to start working full time co-op and i got that information when the period of mandatory co-op in final term. I applied for that on July 12th and my college says i need to start the co-op on-time. I got a good opportunity and i started as an intern from September onwards, on October 1st i got co-op work-permit denied due to producing co-op confirmation letter from college, i was mistakenly uploaded the enrolment letter instead of confirmation letter. So i applied again on October 5th with confirmation letter and called cic about the situation, i tried many times and when they said to stop working full time i reduced my hours to 20. I am loosing my valuable months from October for unnecessarily delay. Even the post graduate work permit only taking one month and why did the co-op work permit taking 11 weeks to done? I attached a document with all my situation and waiting for almost 1.5 months till now. Still no updates and if it takes time like this my study permit expires on march 30th, i need to cover 420 hours to complete the co-op term. I am really tensed for if it affect my postgraduate work permit badly. I did not worked minimum hours in my study time and just worked only for completing my mandatory co-op and graduation. I cannot go back to school for any semester. Stuck with this situation, please help me to find a solution.

Hi I recently applied for the co-op work permit, so like there was this column called co-op letter which need both the enrollment letter and the co-op confirmation letter. I have only submitted the co-op confirmation letter, is this a problem
