Co-op job - work history or personal activity

Hi,

I have 2 years EE qualified working experience. Now I'm taking the Master degree, which has Co-op terms.
Should I put the co-op experience in Work history or Personal activity?
Since under work history, there is a question asked "is the work part of your study program"

My company only provides standard employment letter, which has no detail job duties. My manager signed Job description for me.
Would it be fine?
