Hi, I am working as a CNC machinist, my NOC code is 7231 and my Pay rate is $15.50, so is my pay rate is good for applying for the express entry in Canada

if you are applying for PR through express entry then your wage rate doesn't matter that much but needs to be the minimum wage in the province you are going to.
