I have a positive LMIA and a job offer from a Canadian company can I apply for a closed Work Permit even though my Family sponsorship is under process?

Thanks for the reply! I was wondering if it would contradict the first condition that says "must leave Canada after the period of stay". I don't have a dual intent LMIA as I didn't anticipate the job offer. Wondering if I would be rejected on those grounds? Any comments would be appreciated.
