I received a letter from VISA OFFICE asking "Client Information: Receipt of information from client". This requirement doesn't make sense to me, it looks like incomplete or am i missing something, anyone can, Please???

What else did the email say in the body of the email?

"Receipt of information from client" is another way of saying "hey, we received your (the client's) information." You may have sent them some documents recently?
