So I got my AOR today along with medical requests. But I looked at the UCI number on top of the email and it is different from my Client ID #, which is written on my old study permit and my current work permit. My file was transferred to the Ottawa Case Processing Centre. Should I be concerned?
Also typing in either my file number that beings with an "E" or my Client ID # or my UCI, nothing shows up on the eCAS page. It says that it can not find any information with the given information.

Alright thanks. I'll email them. I have another problem with my "Place of Birth" being wrong on eCAS. I had to put in "India" instead of "Sri-Lanka". I was born in Sri-Lanka but have never held it's citizenship. I've been an Indian citizen since birth.
Sent a fax to Ottawa CPP and they said that the Client ID# and UCI have been merged into one file and the new UCI is what I should use.
In case anybody else has that problem.
