Client ID Num

Hi,

I am applying outland for family class PR. I live in canada and when I decided to switch from inland to outland application I needed to apply to extend my Visitor Record Visa as it expires on 25th Jan and I didn't think I would have enough time to get my medical done. I managed to get my medical done and now have all my documents ready(medical,marriage cert etc), I just need to fill in the application form. I haven't heard back from mycic yet about my visa extension application - I know that they will assign me a client ID when they process my application, but my question is: do I need this Client ID num on any of my forms for outland application or can I go ahead and mail my forms without waiting to hear back from mycic?

Have you rec'd anything from CIC before?

It depends on the document. Usually on the top upper right hand corner.
