I have a question regarding CLB to IELTS score convertation.
According to the convertation table CLB 9 is converted to the following IELTS scores: L – 8, R – 7, W – 7 and S – 7.
What if I get less in any of the sections (Listening 7.5 for example) and higher mark in the other section(e.g. Writing 7.5), then how is the converted CLB mark calculated? Does it still remain 9 or get lower to 8?
Does the system calculate the mean? For example, IELTS L7.5 R7 W7.5 S7 and the mean of it is CLB 9, isn't it? (According to Canada Immigration Language Converter from canadavisa).
