Which program are you applying under? different programs have different requirements

Looking for any oppurtunity in canada... Can be federal, nova scotia, Qubec, etc...

Most of the programs for immigration requires a "6" as a minimum score for all four sections. if you score below that, your scores are ineligible.
If you want to go to Quebec, you need to take the French language test - not English.
