Hi Friends / Seniors;
Would also feel better, if you guys can let us know on the document checklist for the First Application to be sent to CIO at Sydney, NS, Canada.
My Question on the Experience Certificate is that, my First Company where i worked for nearly 3 years - the company got shutdown long back in 2006. I have only the Experience Certificate from them. If I submit that, after getting attestation from the Notarized Public -is that fine.
On My Second Company, I dont have the Releving Letter from them, as my employer was not ready to relive me and the new employer asked me to come and join without the releving letter. But I have all the documents (Offer Letter, Pay Revise Letter, Job confirmation Letter)
Please help me out
Regards;
Anandh

I believe you should send across all the documents that you have. If your present employer gives right information about you, than there wont be any issue of your previous employers. Last year, during recession there are many companies went into liquidation, its ok, if your previous employers doesnt exist any more.
This is just my personal view, other may differ...

Hi Friend;
Thanks for the Clarification. But what should i need to do while submitting the complete docs to the Canadian High Comission at New Delhi.
Do I need to provide any Letter, attested and Verified by a Notary Public?
Please clarify.

At CIO all they require is draft and job duties letter.
The documents - some original ( IELTS, PCC, EMPLOYMENT , BANK LETTER ) notarized ( education, marriage certificate , children birth certificate ), simple photostate ( PP - all pages ), photographs (5) - will have to be sent to Visa Office after you receive a communication from CIO.

You have to notarize all the documents(Experience + Education and other docs) in executive bond paper and send across to VO-New Delhi. While writing the cover letter provide information that your previous employer does not exist any more, i recommend you to write URL of the company u were working, just check if its still working....businesses do have their domain registered their name for several years, it might be working and you can provide reference of your company through URL.
hope it helps.
As far as CIO is concerned, they just matches the Job Duties and dont even bother to count your points. however Keep ready all your documents to be submitted in New Delhi...

If i provide the Canadian High Comission, with a Notarized Copy of Offer Letter, Pay Revise Letter and Job Confirmation Letter - Would that do or do i need to provide any additional letter
