Clarification regarding 'regulated jobs' as my field of education and work experience are different.

Hello all. I have some questions regarding express entry canada. I hold a degree in B.tech Mechanical Engineering while my work experience is totally different, as an accountant in comptroller and audits department (cag). would i face some issues for claiming the educational qualification points and the skilled work experience (in the noc level A), since accounting is a regulated occupation in canada? i am looking forward to doing an mba in canada so getting a job is really not my first issue at hand, i just want to confirm if all this would hinder those 50 additional skilled work experience points in the crs score evaluator.
