Clarification on work and education details

I'm filling up the online application for my spouse. Need help claryfying the work and education details.

My spouse while not working for few months visited home country. So should i have multiple entries under work detail like

Jan 2023 to feb 2023 - Homemaker - Canada
Mar 2023 to April 2023 - Homemaker - India
May 2023 to Jul 2023 - Homemaker - Canada

Please advise. Or should I say like "visiting family" for the period in India?

Homemaker can be the only entry. No need for breaking it up. Makes sense if you work for different companies and have resigned and gone to India and all.
