Clarification of medical test during PR application.

Hi, hypothetically, if I'm working on PGWP and apply for PR within 2 years of my last medical test done in my home country, do I need to owerform the medical test again for my PR application as international graduate in Manitoba?

And what happens if the medical test was done 3 years back in home country.

The medical is valid for one year, so yes, you will need a new one.
