Clarification for Family Police Clearence, medical, and photo requirements.

So I am filling out the paper work for my wife's immigration.

I am Canadian by birth.
My wife is a Filipina by birth.
We are seeking Family sponsorship visa.

This is what we need clarified, as its ambigious.
IMM 3905 E Country Specific Instructions for Philippines, Family Class

12. PCC ... for which you and every one in your family aged 18 years and older.

Does that mean everyone in my wife's family, Father, Mother, Brother? Even tho they arent seeking Immigration to Canada, her brother may seek immigration in the future.

13. Medical, same question
Everyone in her family?

14. Photos,
Same question as above.

no, only for people included in the application. so, if you are ONLY sponsoring your wife, you ONLY include these for her. If you were sponsoring her, children or other family members, then you would need to submit for every person you are sponsoring. The "spouse" they list refers to applications where BOTH spouses are being sponsored to become a PR, NOT spouses who are applying to sponor their spouse.

If you have dependent children that is not coming to Canada with you at this time they still need to have all of the above done . If they are over the age of 18 they must get a police check for every country they have lived for 6 months or more . They also must be filed in on the Addition family information form , and they must sign one for themselves. Do not leave any children off the application form .
