Hi, I am a Bachelors Graduate from York and my PGWP runs till Sep 2017. I have been employed in a leading Canadian Telecom Company with NOC B category job for 14 months now and just got my CELPIP results, I am at 444 points. I know that the ONP Human Capital Steam is paused till November.
What about the International Student with a Job Offer stream, to my understanding that is still open. I am an International Student and I have a job offer, in fact i am working at this job for 15 months now. Can i apply under this stream.
I don't fully understand this stream, nor the differences between Human Capital and International Student With a Job offer stream. Would appreciate some help. Thanks in advance!
To apply under International Student with a Job Offer stream, your employer has to cooperate with you and complete the Employer Pre-screen application process for your job offer. They are now paused for the Pre-screen application process as well.

Yes, i got lucky because my employer sent a pre-screen application last year.
It is another story that the pre-screen just got approved (after 8 months of being with them).

Thanks for the replies, I guess I will have to wait till November for both the streams to open again and hope that EE points come down too by the end of the year.
Is the Employer Pre Screen Approval process lengthy and too much of a hassle on behalf of the employer? It is a large telecommunication company and I will have to talk to my HR/management regarding that.
Thanks

They have to disclose very sensitive information.
I work in a small-medium sized company where my presence became necessity in the company,
and so to keep me in, they were willing to disclose:
* property lease doc
* annual income report
* business related docs
* employee list
* much more
Not too sure if Rogers Bell Telus would disclose these kind of information.
I can guarantee you that it's not going to be simple and you will be losing the company at least 3 days of man power (1 man)
