Claiming points on Two Years Diploma for Software Engineering

Dear Seniors,

I am going to apply of FSW on , I have completed 14 years formal education and also completed 2 years diploma on Software engineering from NIIT. Can you pls advise whether I can claim total 22 points for my total education as I have seen that if someone has 16 years education he/she can claim for 22 points.
