Claiming points for work experience while studying bachelor's and undeclared in study permit

Can I claim points for work experience that I did not declare during my study permit application? I previously thought that my employment during education does not count towards full-time work experience that I can claim for PR but just found out that I can, if it was in the same position for the entire duration. I applied for study permit right after graduation and had no in-between, although I was also working full-time while pursuing my bachelors as an Engineering Manager.
