I am currently on closed work permit. My work permit Case Number is 52 which is LMIA exempt. My employer has confirmed that my recruitment is classified as "reciprocal".

Q1. Can I claim the 50 points for Intended Work in Canada with LMIA exemption?

Q2. I will complete my one year in this job next month. Can I claim that now in my Express Entry? If I get an ITA, I will have 2 months to apply, by which time the 1 year requirement will be satisfied.
