Hi everybody,

I sought asylum in Canada in April 2017, and I got my hearing suspended by CBSA two days before my appointment on the grounds of inadmissibility. and report A44 was issued against me.

my question is:
can I withdraw my claim without any troubles with IRB and CBSA ? or the CBSA will keep me in Canda against my will till they complete their report and send the disclosure to the immigration division?
