I have received my French results with NCLC level 9 in 2 skills (Listening & Reading), NCLC level 6 for Speaking skill, and level 4 for Writing skill.
Can I claim points for the two skills that I obtained level 9, as a second language, in the Express Entry profile, considering that I had level 4 for Writing skill?
I heard somewhere that a second language must be at least level 5 for all skills, but when I put in the CRS tool, I saw points for the two skills that I obtained level 9.
Your advice is highly appreciated.
