Hi Folks,

I got an email from IRCC yesterday with AOR & UCI. When trying to register for the tracker by using this link, I keep seeing the error below. Any thoughts? I applied online by myself.

[Incorrect or invalid information. Review and make sure it matches the information submitted on the Use of a Representative [IMM 5476] form or the Authority to Release Personal Information to a Designated Individual [IMM 5475] form. If you can’t create an account, it may be because your client’s application is not in our system yet.]

you typically have to wait 2-3 days before you are able to register your info into the tracker

Same here. I will wait for a couple of days to try again.
