Ok so I got an update on January 3rd that I need to complete the test between Jan 3rd and Jan 23. I did the test on the 3rd and I passed
I was expecting the status to flip to Test Completed sometime this week
Instead I logged in and I saw that I was scheduled for a test today to take it between Jan 17 and Feb 6th.
Has this been seen before? It's stressing me out lol I'm supposed to be done with this. Does anyone know what it means or is it just a glitch?
I sent in a webform just to be safe. I think its a glitch and it will go away when the first test status goes to completed but in case it didnt, i need to know whether i should take the other test or no
It means you have to retake the test as there must be a technical issue during your test where they didn't record you during test. You are lucky that you got scheduled right away....it mostly takes 3-4 months for re-schedule.

I called the call center and what she said was interesting
She said she never seen this before, she also said that the status of my application is citizenship Granted and everything was passed, although my application tracker shows everything in progress except ceremony not started and background check complete
She consulted with a colleague and they said that they think they were trying to book me for a ceremony but booked me for another test by mistake
They will send an action request to the case processing officer to fix the duplicate scheduling and advised me not to do the test again
I dont know what to make of this, she says its granted but the status tracker barely shows any status change. im not going to get my hopes up
