They finally updated the processing times for citizenship applications:
For applications processed between January 1, 2013 and December 31, 2013, 80% of cases were finalized within
- 24 months for routine applications
- 36 months for non-routine applications

No Improvement! What a waste
May I ask how did they know? 24 months from jan 2013 will count to jan 2015. We are still in 2014

I believe it means 80% of routine cases they finalized in 2003 were in their system since 2011...
