My application was received 7 January 2022

i took the test march 13 -2023 and till now i am still waiting , only thing changed in my app is citizenship test completed the rest all says in progress, and oath says not started, anyone in this situation? i feel it has taken too long

Order GCMS notes to see what's happening or where your file is stuck.

i got GCMS and it still did not give any reasonable results, just shows in progress at mississauga office, nothing relevant

I have also been waiting for LPP to complete since the test on March 13, my dute date on the notes is Jan 2024.
Any due date on yours?

I do not see any due date on my gcms, the last note on my gcms is about citizenship test, i do not understand why you took a test on 13th march and due date says 2024 while on the cic website it says oath will be taken 4 to 6 months after passing the test, i am just so confused with whats going on

That's a one million dollar question.
It's so confusing to understand what goes on with IRCC.
They may give you a due date on your GCMS notes, now they can either make you wait until their deadline or complete it prior or even later than the due date...it depends on the agent working on your file and if they have a little compassion or not!
4-6 months is for cases that they wish to complete!
Unfair but what can be done!

I can comprehend that but watch those who applied in April 2023 get oaths. Just blows my mind!

FP is valid only for a year. Looks like they realized it in Mar 2025, ideally should have been asked in Aug 2024.

When you got fingerprints request, that means you are non-routine. While it may sound bad, at least someone is actively doing something with your file.
