Hello All,
I was trying to make payment for citizenship application. Even after trying different credit cards, debit cards, online e-transfer, all my transactions are getting declined. I even tried using some one else's card. I called my banks and they said that there is no problem at their end then I called IRCC and they were also not able to detect any problem in their payment processing system.
Did anyone else also faced a similar problem earlier? What can be the possible solution?

Have you tried using a different browser?
Sometimes Chrome doesn't work but Internet Explorer does.

Yeah, I tried Mozilla, chrome, Microsoft edge. Deleted cookies, cleared browser cache. All of them but no success.

Did you try paying at some other place?
Like a friend's computer and their credit card etc?

Just for information to everyone. I got success in making payment by doing it so in my browser's private/incognito mode.

good to hear that, and something to note. I got mine to work in Internet Explorer but good to hear things might work in incognito mode as well.
