Hi All, my application was processed at Scarborough office (where I got test invite and passport scans from), then a week later I learned that my file got transferred to Mississauga (my local office). I have test/background and language completed, the rest still in progress except ceremony.
Is transferring to local office means I am oath ready? or at least decision been made?

I should've elaborate more, I am assuming that because a fellow applicant with same timeline got the same update before she was transferred to Mississauga, and she is scheduled to oath after transferring her file

If your tracker has not updated with all (Test, BG, Language, Physical Presence, Prohibitions) completed then you cannot just assume that you are currently just waiting for oath. As @akbardxb mentioned, no two applications are the same...hope this helps!
I understand that, appreciate your reply. Trying to get someone who might experienced that before (being transferred from one office to local one), have you or the other replier been through this?

This is quite common to have application transferred from one office to the other for a number of reasons - ex. IRCC workload, applicant address..etc. Again, that has nothing to do with DM..
