In the Citizenship form, there is section 14 a which is about whether I was having any passport during the last five years? I renewed my Indian passport from Toronto on 2017-02. So my questions are -
Should I mention both my current and old/expired information?
For the current passport, the place of issue is: Toronto. So for Country/Territory of Issue, should I mention Canada or India?

1. Yes. Mention all the passports that cover the last 5 years (eligibility period for citizenship application)
2. Place of issue = Toronto. Country/Territory of Issue = India as the passport is an Indian asset
