Citizenship eligibility new changes June 2017

Hello guys,

I haven't followed CIC news lately and was unaware about new changes for citizenship act in June 2017. I came to Canada in August 2010 and became Permanent resident in September 2013, though I am not sure how do I make sure If I am still eligible for citizenship as per new changes before I prepare application.
