Citizenship delayed

i applied for my Canadian citizenship last year in July and completed my test on September 5th 2023.
By October 16th everything on my application was completed except physical presence.

There has been no update on my application since OCT 27th 2023. Called IRCC several times and they keep saying nothing is wrong and application is in process.

what are my options!

I have applied for the same. Waiting response. If it does go for review, is there a maximum timeline they can hold it for? Asking because my PR expires soon and i am not sure if i should be renewing it or not.
I am pretty confident about the number of days and 100% sure that i have enough buffer.
