I completed the citizenship ceremony on March 22. It's updated on the application status. I haven't received the certificate in the mail. I don't have a PR card and I have a travel coming up 3-4 weeks from now.
Is there anywhere I can check whether they mailed the certificate to my address? Who or where should I contact?
Is it possible to travel outside, and get a visa somehow from the embassy to get back?

You can apply for a PRTD outside of Canada but processing usually takes several weeks.

Thank you. Got it. Do you know if there is a way to check whether they mailed the certificate? Calling IRCC is a painful process, and impossible to talk to someone.

The poster has already done the citizenship ceremony so they cannot get any visa or PRTD.

You're right, my B, completely glossed over that part
Bump. Anyone know how do i proceed? . No PR card. no citizenship certificate.
You email IRCC and call to try and ask for urgent or expedited emission of the certificate. During the strike this is unlikely to get solved quickly
