citizenship by descent?

hi everyone
im not sure if is the right forum or section of forum for this answer, but i have one question.

im born in italy in 90's and my mother was born in 60's in canada, when i was born she had italian citizenship (like my father)

there are no restrictions for request the canadian citizenship for me?

i search around internet and im not absolutely certain of this

if yes, what i need in addittion to the bird certificate and pay of the fees?
