If your parents were born in Canada then yes, you are likely a citizen.
This probably does not extend to your little family, assuming you mean spouse and children.
It should be possible to sponsor them to move to Canada.
First step is for you to apply for proof of citizenship. Note, not a grant of citizenship (ie naturalization).
Awesome! Thank you! Another question, should I go to canada and fill it out or should I just print it and mail it in.

Are you asking about the proof of citizenship application? You can apply from the US. Just follow the instructions on the IRCC web site.

Here's the link:

As noted, can be done abroad.
You can do the 'am I a citizen' test first on that page, then you just go straight to applying for the citizenship certificate. (That's the 'proof of citizenship' you need).
In principle you could apply for a passport before you get it but I don't recommend in your case. If you do travel to Canada before you get it, identify yourself at border as a citizen and say you've applied for the certificate and you're just waiting for it. (have a copy of the app or your birth certificate plus mother's citizenship info or birth certificate). This won't actually change much if it's just a visit, but in my opinion good to put a pin in "I am a citizen" rather than "I might be."
