Hi all, please help! I am a little worried. I am about to apply for my citizenship. I have 1,125 days as PR here and 187 days as visitor total of 1,312 days in canada in 5years of staying here. So, in my first year when i got my PR card, i did a lot of travels. First is January to April in Mexico, then i stayed here in Canada for a week. Then I go back in my country philippines until June. So June to November I was here. And just work part time. Then go back in the philippines November to December. Will it have any impact on my citizenship application? But I have enough total of stays now to apply for citizenship. Please help..thanks.

No, won't affect anything. Fairly common. 1125 days as PR good as means you qualify without the visitor days (not that there's anything wrong with that).

Check carefully whether police clearance needed in your case. If you're not certain and it's not hard for you to get, won't hurt to include.

Okay, thank you! I was just worried I am out of thw country more than 6 months on my first year of being a PR. it was just because i was here stuck because of covid. So I really needed to stay home longer. But after my first year, I stayed here in Canada and work permanently now.
Thank you! I will include police clearance as well..

It doesn't matter how long you were away on your first year. As long as you apply meeting the physical presence days, you are fine.
